Terms of Service

By using HaulSignal, operated by Ruvanox Technology, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

HaulSignal is a WhatsApp-based AI service that helps independent truckers and small fleet operators calculate trip profitability, fuel costs, route information, and gas station recommendations.

We offer three plans:

• Basic: $49/month — 1 truck, 50 reports per month
• Pro: $89/month — 3 trucks, unlimited reports, voice commands, auto-negotiation
• Fleet: $199/month — 10 trucks, hot zones, broker scoring, dedicated account manager

All plans include a 10-day free trial. After the trial, you will be charged automatically unless you cancel.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Ruvanox Technology to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

We do not offer refunds for billing periods that have already been processed. If you experience technical issues, please contact our support.

You agree to use HaulSignal only for lawful purposes related to trucking and freight operations. You may not abuse, spam, or attempt to reverse-engineer our service.

HaulSignal provides trip profitability estimates based on available data. Actual fuel costs, route times, and profitability may vary. Ruvanox Technology is not liable for business decisions made based on our reports.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party providers (SMS providers, Google Maps, EIA, Stripe).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, and applicable U.S. federal law for U.S. customers.
