HaulSignal is a service operated by Ruvanox Technology ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information from our users ("you," "trucker," "customer") when you use our trip profitability calculation service delivered via WhatsApp.

- Email address (for account creation and billing via Stripe)
- Phone number (for WhatsApp and SMS communication)
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store credit card details)
- Trip data you send via WhatsApp (origin, destination, rate, fuel type) — used only to calculate your trip profitability
- Usage data (number of reports generated)

- To send you trip profitability reports via WhatsApp

4. Third-Party Services & Mobile Information

- Stripe (payment processing)
- SMS-powered messaging (WhatsApp and SMS)
- Google Maps API (route calculation)
- U.S. Energy Information Administration (diesel pricing data)
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
